Although a lot of sources believed Justin Bieber had indeed proposed to his high profile girlfriend and this is their wedding trip, Selena Gomez's team revealed: "She is not engaged." In fact, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez landed in Cabos Mexico Wednesday, ahead of a wedding of one of Selena’s friends Shannon Larossi, a costume designer on Wizards of Waverly Place.
