Justine Bieber enjoyed an early Valentine’s Day with a little girl named Avalanna Routh, who has been facing with a rare cancer on Monday, February 13, 2012. The singer made the pitiful girl’s dream of meeting her pop idol and marrying him become true as he flew her and her family to New York from Boston, Massachusetts to meet and spend a day with him.
Avalanna Routh has been battling a rare form of deadly brain cancer called ATRT since she was a baby. She is a big fan of “Baby” singer Justin Bieber and dreams to meet him in person. Avalanna’s nurses have even helped her to make a pretend wedding to the singer by using a cardboard cutout of him. The little girl’s mother, Aileen Routh, said that her daughter also made a wonderful wedding planning album.

When being asked about the time she had loved Justin Bieber, Avalanna said: “'Seven years. No - 80 years”
With her daughter’s big love for Justine Bieber, the mother started a Facebook campaign titled “Get Avalanna to Meet Justin Bieber” and it immediately received some 12,000 supporters. The pop superstar caught wind of Avalanna Routh’s situation and give her and her family a special Valentine's date.

Justine Bieber and Avalanna Routh spent a wonderful Monday afternoon together, playing board games, eating cupcakes and candy as well as signing autographs and taking pictures. Bieber later shared on Twitter: “That was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now!” In addition, the singer posted on his wall a picture of him kissing Avalanna on the cheek and told his 17 million followers: “Best part of my day.”
