If you have just been dumped you are probably hurting a lot right now, you are not thinking straight and chances are that will act irrationally.
Don't do this. This is make or break time and your actions now can determine whether or not your ex will take you back. Yes, even if she says that she does not love you anymore.
It may seem that if your ex girlfriend told you that she did not love you anymore, you have no chance of getting her back. This is not true.
Your girlfriend broke up with you for a reason. More than likely the reason she broke up with you is that you caused her a lot of pain and hurt. She told you that she did not love you anymore because of all that you have put her through.
Even though she might have said that she does not love you anymore, truth is, she still does. Love for someone would not just disappear in an instant. Now you have to figure out what it is that you have done to make her say something like that. Did you forget about an important event, do you constantly choose something else (friends, hobby, etc.) over her, do you forget to call when you say you will?
All of these things indicate to your girl that you do not really care about her. In return she has broken up with you and told you that she does not love you anymore in order to protect herself from being hurt even further by you.
So now that you are broken up, you need to figure out the cause of the break up, then you need to change whatever you can to solve this problem.
If the problem is that you don't call when you say you will then reinforce to her that you want to make an effort to stick to your word. Every time you have contact with her, before you say goodbye say I will call you in x amount of days, set a reminder on your phone and then call her.
If the problem is that you have forgotten important events, buy a diary, write every event that you can think of that would be important to her into it and then show it to her. This is a sure sign to her that you care and want to do what you can to get her to take you back.
