The America’s Next Top Model All Star finale came to an end on Wednesday, the 7th December 2011 with the victory for Lisa D’Amato and the final runner-up for Allison Harvard. The sudden disqualification of the expected winner Angelea Preston during the contest extremely shocked fans. Angelea Preston’s good performance during the final challenges even made fans believed that she would have won the crown. However, in the end of the competition, Angelea Preston got her mysterious dismissal and didn’t bring home the prize. Lisa D’Amato was finally honored the winner, but audiences have been more interested in the reason why Angelea Preston was disqualified from the ANTM’s Cycle 17: All Stars season finale so abruptly.
The most popular rumor about this controversy is that Angelea Preston was originally crown the winner, however, the beauty was removed from the competition for breaching the rules after posting spoilers on her Facebook page.
Despite the disqualification, Angelea Preston continued her plans. Angelea shared that her passion is music and she proved her talented musical skills on All-Stars Episode 8. "I'm in the studio right now recording," Angelea Preston said after the competition. Besides, Angelea Preston also has a role in the 2011 film “Breathe”. Accompanied by fashion industry entrepreneur Alycia Kaback, this ANTM’s beauty is planning on writing a book about the modeling industry. In addition, as for modeling, Angelea Preston has “booked a campaign for a t shirt line.”
